A Student and Two Adults injured in St Elizabeth Car Accident

Three persons including a student were rushed to hospital Thursday morning after a two vehicle collision along the Rocky Hill main road in St. Elizabeth.

It is reported that about 7:20 a.m, a Toyota coaster bus and a Toyota Corolla motorcar operating as a taxi were heading in the same direction from Santa Cruz towards Lacovia when the crash occurred.


According to the driver of the bus, he was transporting students to school when the taxi operator picked up a passenger and drove off.

The bus reportedly slammed into the back of the taxi sending it into a ditch.

The occupants of the taxi were taken to hospital.

The state of their injuries is not known.

None of the passengers in the bus was injured.
