Woman Found Dead in Hanover After Missing For Two Weeks

A badly decomposed body of a woman suspected to be that of Tasha Gordon who went missing early January, was discovered in the parish of Hanover earlier today.

The police reported that the body appears to have been left decomposing for more that two weeks. The body was discovered at about 2:00 pm.

The missing 30 year old Gordon, went missing on January 10th, after her 36 year old employer Marvin McIntosh, was shot and killed at his business place in Prospect, Hanover.

The communications unit of the Jamaica Constabulary Force, reported in January when Gordon went missing – that a search team went looking for her in the very same area in which the body was found today, but was unsuccessful in their attempts at that time.

The police however discovered $9,000 and a pair of slippers belonging Gordon, while searching a cane field in the area – just days after she went missing.
